Mr. Andreas Economides
Andreas Economides started his career in the financial sector in 1979 in Luxembourg. He acted as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at various international banks before serving as Chief Financial Officer & First Deputy Managing Director at SEB Private Bank Luxembourg S.A. from 1989 until 2000.
From 2001 to 2002, he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ABN AMRO Asset Management Limited in Saõ Paulo, Brazil, in charge of all asset management operations, including settlement of transactions with custodian banks and net asset value calculations of both investment funds as well as private clients’ portfolios. After returning from Brazil, he was appointed Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at ABN AMRO (Luxembourg) S.A. where he was responsible for managing the risks of the bank and other group affiliated entities established in Luxembourg from 2003 until 2007.
In 2007, he joined the Itaú Unibanco Group, the largest financial conglomerate in the Southern Hemisphere, where he was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO)/ Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Luxembourg subsidiary Banco Itaú Europa Luxembourg S.A. In 2010, he was appointed Managing Director of the Itaú Bank & Trust entities for the Cayman Islands and The Bahamas where he was in charge of all Itaú Unibanco group private banking clients trust and corporate administrative services.
From May 2015 until December 2017, he served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Magellan Investment Holdings group of companies (Arcanum/ RJI Capital) where he was accountable for all finance, treasury and tax planning activities. During this period, he developed financial and tax strategies, participated in key operational decisions with the executive leadership team and led efficiency, cost control, risk mitigation, asset management and regulatory compliance initiatives. During this period he also acted as a director of all the group companies.
Mr. Economides holds a master degree in Business Administration & Consular Science from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (“HEC”) Liège in Belgium. He has over three decades of accounting, finance, risk management and compliance experience in international banks, asset management companies and family office and has worked internationally in Luxembourg, Monaco, Brazil, Cayman Islands, The Bahamas and Switzerland.

Ms. Patricia Fracassi
As Financial Accounting Manager Ms. Patricia Fracassi is in charge of all clients’ accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, cash flow, budget and VAT & Tax matters. Additionally, she also takes care of administrative support services such as company set-up, bank account opening, invoice payment services, customer billing, and social contribution services for our clients.
With a solid operational and financial background, she has many years of experience in the implementation of operational standards, policies and procedures and the establishment of financial and administrative structures in Switzerland and abroad (Dubai, France, UK, etc.).
Ms. Fracassi served for eight years as Vice President and Financial Controller at the Magellan Investment Holdings group (Arcanum/ RJI Capital companies). As a member of the management team, her responsibilities included oversight of all financial matters for the group, treasury and cash flow management, budgets, accounting/ bookkeeping, financial reporting and other administrative duties.
Prior to joining Magellan Investment Holdings group, she worked for more than 15 years in international hospitality management, specialising in strategy and market analysis, financial supervision and budgeting, procurement and vendor management, business development and relationship management.
Ms. Fracassi is a graduate of the Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne (1994) and she holds a MBA in administration (HTW) and a bachelor degree in finance and accounting of the University of Applied Sciences in Zürich (HWZ).
